the villa, Little House, was absolutely wonderful. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well, appointed. I was impressed by the ample hot water and the strong shower. Parking was safe and convenient, although we initially parked in the wrong place. the owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. the location was ideal, with a train station just a 5, minute walk away and easy access to main roads and bus routes.
It was a fantastic experience. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.

We had a perfect stay at Little House - Perfect For Exploring The Broads Villa. The location was ideal, with a train station just a short 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to Norwich and Great Yarmouth. The owner was welcoming, and after a quick introduction, we were left to enjoy our holiday. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, although we mostly ate out or ordered takeaways. The local pub, The Kings Head, was a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and another pub, the Hermitage. The owner also provided prompt ant control when needed, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in late and providing clear instructions for self-check-in. The house itself was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The location in Acle was ideal for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk, with a train station within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again if I ever revisit Acle.

Property had everything we needed for cooking lovely meals & hanging out. Convenient location, easy walk to village, station & grocery store. the owners were super relaxed, friendly & fun to chat with. Comfy bed with extra pillow options in the cupboard which was great.
Only a small outdoor area to sit, but the owners are developing a new outside area. Settee not terribly comfortable after sitting for more than an hour or so.

Perfect location for exploring the area, with easy access to train stations, main roads, and bus routes. The owner was friendly and attentive, providing quick assistance when we needed help with ants. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. Safe parking was available, and the size of the rooms was excellent.
The sofa was not very comfortable for extended periods of sitting. the early morning noise from the adjoining garage/workshop doors was an unwanted wake-up call.

The location of the house was convenient to explore nearby attractions such as Norwich and Yarmouth. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay enjoyable. The constant hot water was another plus point that added to our overall comfort during our holiday.
The village where the house is located lacked any lively atmosphere or dining options. We were disappointed to find that the only pub in the village was closed for refurbishment, and there were no restaurants to be found.

The Little House - Perfect For Exploring The Broads was fantastically equipped and very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and recommended some great places to visit and eat. The location was convenient for exploring the Broads and the coast. We were greeted warmly upon arrival.
Also, the view from the bedroom window was messy with building materials, but we assumed it would be resolved once the construction was completed.
